Fees & Plans

Our Membership Plan

Why join our membership plan?
When you join The Meadow Walk Privilege Plan, the cost of your regular appointments are reduced and are spread throughout the year, so you don’t have to pay at each visit. In fact the cost works out at just a few affordable pence per day. As a The Meadow Walks Privilege Plan member, you will also enjoy reductions in the cost of any dental treatment when required.

Apart from access to exclusive benefits and discounts, becoming a member of the plan, ensures your dental care is tailored to meet your personal needs, at intervals that your dentist or hygienist has decided are clinically necessary. This means we can help you to achieve and maintain good oral health within an affordable monthly budget for you and your family.

Your dental team will help you to choose the plan that best suits your needs and your budget.

Fees

We offer a range of ways to pay for your dental care and treatment. You can either ‘pay as you go’ or spread the cost with one of our flexible payment plans. Children under 18 can be treated for free under the NHS and students in full-time education can benefit from half-price oral health examinations and hygiene appointments (simply present your student ID).

Pay As You Go
We normally take payment at the end of each appointment. We are happy to accept payment by cash, debit or credit card.

If you are looking to spread the cost of your treatment, we can discuss this with you as part of your dental assessment.

Each case is unique and we aim, where possible, to take your budget into account.

Finance
We can provide you with 0% Finance over 1 year for all your treatments.

Payment Plans

Privilege Plan
Our Privilege Plan helps you spread the cost of your treatment into bitesize amounts and ensures you receive regular, high-quality dental care. It costs just £21.16 per month and covers routine examinations and hygienist appointments, as well as 10% off most treatments. Terms and Conditions apply.

Denplan

Denplan Care offers peace of mind and typically comes with Supplementary Insurance, which includes a 24-hour worldwide dental emergency helpline, as well as dental accident and dental emergency cover. For more information on our Denplan payment plan please ask or click here. Please note Root Canal Treatment is not covered with Denplan.

Cancellations

To make sure every patient receives individual attention, we set aside dedicated time for each appointment. If you have to cancel an appointment, we ask you to give us 24 hours’ notice.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • First short notice cancellation – no charge, but the cancellation will be recorded in your notes.
  • Second short notice cancellation – a charge will be made of 50% of your treatment costs.
  • Third short notice cancellation – we will charge the full cost of the treatment.

We do appreciate that occasionally a cancellation is unavoidable, perhaps due to illness or an emergency and, in such cases, you may not be able to give us as much notice.

Information about the temporary practice closure and emergency treatments

Dear Patients,

Following the announcement by the government on 28th May, we are incredibly pleased and excited to announce that we are hoping to re-open The Gallery Dental Group Practices mid to late June for appointments. The announcement was publicised on the news to the public without giving dental practices any prior notice to fully prepare and we are still waiting for confirmed guidelines so do please bear with us.

We have had to cancel numerous appointments since the lockdown began 3 months ago and will initially be prioritising appointments for our existing patients who have had dental emergencies or appointments cancelled, in order of urgency. Please do not attend the practice unless you have an appointment. The reception teams are available to take calls from immediate effect and we would ask if you do have an emergency to email the practices initially with the subject heading “I have a dental concern” with a brief message of the problem/symptoms. We will be able to add you to the priority list and will contact you in due course.

At The Gallery Dental Group the most important thing is patient safety and comfort, and that is why we have spent the time of closure upgrading the practices, training the team and introducing the following measures to keep our patients and staff SAFER than ever.

The practices, as you are aware are always a very clean and safe environment. However, we have placed hand sanitisers at entry points, upgraded our Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all appointments and where treatment is prescribed you will notice different PPE worn by the clinicians. We have also redesigned the patient journey in line with social distancing.

We thank you all for your patience during this difficult time and look forward to seeing you again soon!

Assuring you of our best attention at all times.
